Important Notice
All QIW HOST services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please carefully review our service offerings and terms before making a purchase. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy.
Non-Refundable Services
All QIW HOST services are provided on a non-refundable basis. Once payment has been processed for any of our hosting services, including but not limited to:
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Dedicated Servers
- Private RDP Solutions
- Domain registrations
- SSL certificates
- Additional services and add-ons
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Service Cancellation
While our services are non-refundable, you may cancel your service at any time to prevent future billing cycles. Cancellation requests must be submitted through:
- Your client area dashboard
- Support ticket system
- Email to support@qiwhost.com
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Service Credits
In exceptional circumstances where service availability falls below our guaranteed uptime levels, we may issue service credits at our sole discretion. Service credits are not cash refunds and can only be applied toward future services with QIW HOST.
Service credits:
- Cannot be transferred to other accounts
- Cannot be converted to cash
- Expire if not used within 12 months
- Are subject to our Service Level Agreement terms
Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate all legitimate billing disputes and make corrections where appropriate. However, this does not constitute a refund policy and any adjustments are made at our discretion.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been delivered will result in immediate suspension of all services and termination of your account. We reserve the right to pursue collection of any disputed amounts through appropriate legal channels.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms at any time. Changes to existing services do not entitle customers to refunds for previously paid periods.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be issued for any remaining service period or unused credits.
